The Latin America Conservation Council (LACC) is a group of global leaders working with The Nature Conservancy in Latin America's most iconic places to protect biodiversity, tackle climate change, and sustainably provide food and water to the region's people.

The LACC was formed in 2011 to work with public and private leaders to help conserve the region's natural capital – its healthy rivers, forests, and seas – by prototyping and promoting innovative, nature-based solutions that contribute to conservation with development.

The Council works in partnership with The Nature Conservancy (TNC), the world's largest conservation organization, to protect, restore, and better manage nature for a triple benefit that helps countries, companies, and communities reach our 2030 goals for biodiversity, climate, and sustainable development (SDGs).
